FUTSAL SKILLS

Thanks to Ben from Nelson Bays Football for coming and teaching us FUTSAL skills. We had a fantastic time - there are some amazing and very promising footballers in Room 11!

ROCK AND ROLLERS

Pohutukawa Syndicate have had lots of fun learning Rock and Roll dancing on Monday afternoons. A big thanks to our wonderful teachers - we are hoping to put on a special performance for you all to come and enjoy!

Art - painting

In Art this term we are studying painting. We have been learning about PRIMARY and SECONDARY colours. 
We made our fish paintings by drawing and painting three big fish in the primary colours RED, BLUE and YELLOW. Then we mixed the primary colours together and painted the small fish in the secondary colours GREEN, ORANGE and PURPLE.

Rosie and Slinky are Hunter’s pet rats. Slinky is one and Rosie is six. They came in to Room 11 for a visit.

They have sharp claws. Asha

They are really fluffy and they go in the cage so they are safe and no cats can eat them. Tyler
