INQUIRY LEARNING;

Our Inquiry Learning topic for term 1 is 'Respect for Rights'. We are learning about the different rights and responsibilities we have. We are going to learn about children living in Kroo Bay and see how our lives are different to theirs.

Here are some of the rights we think we have...
WE HAVE A RIGHT TO:

* be loved
* medicine
* be healthy

SWIMMING FUN

The pool is open and Room 11 enjoyed their first swimming session. We hope to be swimming Tuesday - Friday.

· Purple Cake Day - March 7th. We will be involved in fundraising for this event. We will let you know how you can help.
· Suter Art gallery trips: Wednesday 19th March (9am) and Tuesday 1st April (9am). I will sent home notices closer to the dates asking for parent help.

ROOM 11'S RENOVATIONS

We can't wait to get into our 'new' classroom. The renovations to Room 11 are going well and hopefully we will move in there in a couple of weeks!
